Terms of Service

BigMed Platform (Georgia)

Effective Date: 18 February 2026

1. General Provisions

This Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of the BigMed web platform (“Platform”) available at bigmed.ge, including subdomains and related services.

As of publication, the Platform is operated by a natural person — the owner of the BigMed project (“Operator”). Upon registration of a legal entity (LLC) in Georgia, the Operator may transfer rights and obligations to the registered company by publishing updated details on the Platform.

By using the Platform, the User agrees to these Terms. If the User does not agree, they must discontinue use.

2. Platform Status

BigMed is an informational online platform and:

  • is not a medical institution;
  • does not provide medical services;
  • does not provide telemedicine;
  • does not diagnose or prescribe treatment;
  • does not accept payment for medical services at this stage.

All medical services are provided exclusively by doctors and clinics.

3. Platform Functionality

The Platform allows Users to:

  • search for doctors and clinics in Georgia;
  • submit booking requests;
  • receive booking notifications;
  • publish reviews (if enabled);
  • contact support.

The Operator may modify functionality at any time.

4. Registration and Account

Some features require registration.

Users must:

  • provide accurate information;
  • not create multiple accounts to bypass restrictions;
  • maintain confidentiality of credentials;
  • not share accounts with third parties.

The Operator may suspend access for violations.

5. Appointment Booking

Submitting a booking request sends information to the selected doctor/clinic.

The Operator:

  • forwards booking data;
  • may notify Users of status;
  • is not responsible for refusals, cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows.

Users may book on behalf of third parties with lawful grounds.

6. Reviews and Content

Users must post truthful and lawful content.

Prohibited content includes:

  • defamatory or false statements;
  • unauthorized disclosure of third-party data;
  • medical documents or test images;
  • abusive or offensive language.

Users grant the Operator a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use posted content for Platform operation.

7. Use of AI

The Platform may use AI (including OpenAI) to process text and improve services.

AI:

  • is not medical advice;
  • does not replace a doctor;
  • may contain inaccuracies.

Users must not rely on AI for self-treatment.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided “AS IS.”

The Operator is not liable for:

  • quality or outcome of medical services;
  • actions of doctors/clinics;
  • cancellations or no-shows;
  • indirect damages.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Georgia.

Disputes shall be resolved in the competent court at the Operator’s location, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

10. Amendments

The Operator may amend these Terms by publishing an updated version. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
