I provide outpatient consultations for all gynecological diseases, manage pregnancy care, perform colposcopy and treatment of cervical diseases, including radiofrequency cervical excision, laser surgery, and radiofrequency conization. I provide infertility treatment as well as treatment of sexually transmitted diseases, using methods with a high level of evidence-based medicine. My practice also includes pediatric gynecology.

I perform ultrasound diagnostics of the pelvic organs and fetus, as well as contrast-enhanced ultrasound hysterosalpingoscopy.

I perform all types of outpatient surgery, including:

• hysteroscopic resection (hystero-resectoscopy);
• fractional diagnostic curettage of the uterine cavity and cervical canal;
• polypectomy;
• incision and drainage of Bartholin’s gland abscess;
• Bartholinectomy;
• removal of vulvar and vaginal lesions (polyp, cyst, anogenital condyloma);
• hymenoplasty;
• surgical defloration, including in cases of malformations of the lower third of the vagina;
• vaginal plastic surgery for post-traumatic and postpartum scars;
• various modifications of modern combined labioplasty;
• decapuchonization (clitoral hood reduction);
• thread lifting for enlargement of the vaginal introitus.

I work in the field of aesthetic urogynecology and use laser technologies in gynecology, including rejuvenation of the vulva and vagina, treatment of wide vagina syndrome, treatment of stress urinary incontinence, and dyspareunia (painful intercourse). I perform intimate contouring (intimate filling).

I provide PRP therapy—injections of the patient’s own platelet-rich plasma—as well as administration of volume-forming fillers and biorevitalization in cases of cicatricial deformity of the vulva after childbirth and surgical interventions, xerosis, lichen sclerosus et atrophicus, disruption of the vaginal microbiome, decreased lubrication, thinning of the mucosa, and prolapse of the vaginal walls.

I provide anti-age therapy, including menopausal hormone therapy, treatment of sexual dysfunctions due to age-related changes, rejuvenation of the vulva and vagina, selection of micronutrients, as well as psychological support.

I provide telemedicine services, mainly for issues of endocrine gynecology, pediatric gynecology, and also for obtaining a second opinion in complex clinical cases.
