• 1978 – Tbilisi State Medical Institute.
• 1978 – N. Kipshidze Republican Central Clinical Hospital, Endocrinology Department, internship.
• 2005 – Defended a dissertation on the topic “Diabetes and the Heart” and was awarded the academic degree of Candidate of Medical Sciences.

Professional Experience

• 1979–1987 – Endocrinology Department, Scientific Research Institute of Therapy of the Ministry of Health of the Georgian SSR, where I worked as a junior research associate.
• 1991–1997 – Moscow Endocrinology Institute.
• 1999–2005 – Endocrinology Department of Moscow City Hospital No. 1.
• 2005–2008 – Filatov Multidisciplinary Clinic, in the positions of chief physician and physician-therapist (internist).
• 2008–2012 – Outpatient reception of patients in Moscow, at my own medical center, in the capacity of physician-therapist (internist) and endocrinologist.
• 2014–2024 – Edith Wolfson Medical Center, Israel, in the position of physician-therapist (internist).
• From 2025 – I see patients at the international clinic “SILK Medical”.
